ADOPTABLE PUPS
Every dog deserves a soulmate.
Mia
Mia is a loving 4–5-year-old Doberman with a heart as big as her beautiful smile. This sweet girl is wonderful with kids, adults, and other dogs, and she brings a joyful, gentle energy everywhere she goes.
Mia is a total love bug who adores snuggling up with her humans. Whether she’s curled at your feet or nuzzled into your side on the couch, she’s happiest when she’s close to the people she loves.
She’s an eager, enthusiastic companion who sometimes shows her excitement by pulling on the leash or giving happy jumps—but with a little guidance and consistent training, she’ll shine even brighter. She’s smart, eager to please, and ready to learn.
Mia is looking for a family who can give her the attention, affection, and support she deserves. If you’re searching for a loyal, loving dog who will fill your home with warmth and wiggles, Mia may be your perfect match.
Ready to meet your new best friend? Mia can’t wait to meet you!
Charlie
Meet Charlie, our beautiful 6-year-old Rottweiler from South Los Angeles. We fell for her the moment we saw videos of her joyfully playing with other pups at the shelter. While she can be dog-selective, she truly shines with the dogs she clicks with—and she’s wonderfully friendly with people.
Charlie’s past hasn’t been easy. She arrived at the South LA shelter extremely underweight at just 63 lbs, her ribs and hips clearly visible. Thanks to an amazing foster, she’s now at a healthy weight and feeling so much better. She’s also been a mama before—her body tells the story of a girl who’s given a lot of love in her life.
Despite everything she’s been through, Charlie radiates sweetness. She is gentle, affectionate, and so ready for a family who will finally give her the stability, love, and care she has always deserved.
Charlie is searching for a committed, compassionate home where she can continue to thrive and discover just how wonderful life can be. Could she be the perfect addition to your family? 🐾❤️
Ladybug
Ladybug is a 2 year old, Dogo Argentino. She was given up by her first family because they were moving and did not want to take her with them. The next family that they gave Ladybug to, was having issues with her stomach adjusting to the new enviornment, likely from stress and anxiety of being given up. So, they abandoned her at a trainers house and never came back for her.
Ladybug is sweet, playful with other pups her size, non-reactive on leash, and affectionate with humans. Despite being given up on by humans, she is so willing to trust and be a part of a family! She deserves the same commitment and love that she gives to humans, in return. If you can commit to loving this forever girl, please apply below!
Mama Sahara
Meet Sahara, our stunning 2-year-old German Shepherd mama with a brave heart and an incredible story. She was found wandering the Palmdale desert in California, lovingly supported by a kind Samaritan who made sure she had food and water until help arrived. Out there, on her own, she gave birth to 10 beautiful puppies—all of whom have since found wonderful homes.
Now it’s Sahara’s turn. 💛
She’s been with us nearly a year, learning what it means to feel safe. Because she never had a true home before, Sahara is sensitive about her personal space and needs a family who will advocate for her, especially around new people. But once she trusts you? She’s sweet, silly, loyal, and such a joy to be around.
Sahara walks beautifully on leash with her trusted humans, is crate trained, and gets along well with other dogs. She’s ready to blossom with a patient, understanding family—ideally someone experienced with shy or feral pups, or committed to working with a trainer to support her transition.
Sahara survived the desert. Now she deserves a home filled with love, gentleness, and security. Could that be yours? 🐾💕
Drako
Meet Drako, our 1.5-year-old Doberman with a big personality. We rescued this sassy, goofy boy from euthanasia at the Devore Animal Shelter about five months ago, and he’s been thriving in a wonderful foster home ever since.
Recently, due to circumstances completely out of the foster’s control, Drako’s placement could no longer continue. While these situations are always tough, we fully support the foster’s decision, and Drako is now back with us at the rescue—safe, loved, and ready for his next chapter. (Feel free to reach out if you’d like more details regarding his return.)
Drako is already settling in and will be receiving the same structured training all of our dogs benefit from. We cannot wait to watch him continue to bloom and meet the family he’s meant for.
What we know about Drako so far:
- Best suited for a home without children
- Does well with female dogs
- Very food-motivated with great drive
- Would thrive with an experienced handler or Doberman-savvy family
Drako is smart, spirited, and incredibly deserving of a forever home that understands him. Could that be yours? 🐾✨
Heidi
Heidi is a beautiful 3-year-old German Shepherd mix who survived a neglectful situation in Las Vegas. She spent much of her early life overlooked in a backyard, often going without meals and having to scavenge for food. When she arrived in our care, she was under-socialized, underweight, and unsure of both humans and other dogs.
But Heidi has transformed. After completing months of training in Utah, she’s learned the skills she needs to thrive in a loving home. Heidi is a smart, spirited dog who shines when she has confident humans to guide her. She craves structure and direction, and when she trusts you, her loyalty is unmatched. She’ll greet you with the softest eyes and sweetest expression — the kind that makes you feel truly chosen.
Heidi is looking for a calm, adult-only home with no other pets and adopters experienced with German Shepherds. She has come so far, and with the right people, she’ll continue to blossom into the incredible companion she’s meant to be.
If you’re ready to lead, love, and help her keep growing, Heidi is ready for you.
Chopper
Say hello to this sweet senior Mastiff, Chopper...a big-hearted boy with an even bigger personality. Recently neutered and ready for his forever home, he’s the perfect mix of gentle, goofy, and loyal.
Chopper is friendly with other dogs: He loves canine companionship and would thrive with a doggy sibling. He is gentle and house-trained: A true gentleman indoors, he’s respectful and well-mannered. He’s shown himself to be wonderful with children, though like any large dog, initial supervision is recommended.
His expressive personality will keep you smiling—he’s a lovable character who wears his heart on his sleeve. Chopper believes he is a lap dog and loves to snuggle on the couch and in the bed with his people.
Important Notes: No cats or small animals. Separation anxiety: He gets very sad when left alone, so he’ll do best in a household where someone is home most of the time and ideally with another dog for comfort.
This sweet Mastiff is looking for a family who can give him the companionship he craves. A home with another friendly dog and humans who are around often would be perfect. In return, he’ll shower you with loyalty, laughter, and endless affection.
Ranger
Ranger is a 1-year-old male Doberman mix with the perfect blend of goofy puppy energy and heart-melting sweetness. With his scruffy coat and bright, eager eyes, he’s the kind of dog who turns heads everywhere he goes.
Ranger absolutely loves people and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Whether he’s zooming around the yard, making new friends, or curling up for snuggles after a big day of play, he brings joy to every moment.
Like many pups his age, Ranger still has a few puppy behaviors he’s working through, but he’s smart, eager to learn, and responds well to guidance. He’ll thrive in a home that can give him patience, structure, and plenty of fun training time.
Ranger’s dream family is one that’s ready to commit to giving him all the love, consistency, and stability he deserves. In return, he’ll give you loyalty, laughter, and a lifetime of companionship.
If you’re looking for a sweet, spirited, lovable companion with endless potential, Ranger may be your perfect match. 🐾💙
Elsa
Elsa is a senior Pittie, 10 years old and overflowing with love to give. She came to us from a neglect and abuse case in Colorado, rescued alongside her son, Olaf. When she first arrived, she was terrified — shaking in the back of her crate and unsure of the world around her. It took two weeks of patience and gentle reassurance for her to feel safe enough to step out and explore.
And once she did… everything changed.
Since forming a bond with us, Elsa has blossomed into the sweetest, most affectionate girl. She lives for her daily walks, is completely obsessed with snuggles, and will happily follow you anywhere. She’s an excellent passenger on car rides and never turns down a pup cup treat.
Elsa is ready for a family who will spoil her, dress her up, and treat her like the queen she is. She would thrive as the only dog in a calm, loving home where she can soak up all the attention she’s missed out on.
Whoever adopts Elsa will gain a loyal, gentle, and endlessly loving companion — she’s truly a gem waiting for her perfect match.
Olaf
Olaf is Elsa’s son and, like her, survived a heartbreaking situation of abuse and neglect in Colorado. He was frequently attacked by a large male dog in the home, with no protection from his owners. Thankfully, both he and Elsa were confiscated and brought to safety.
Olaf may look tough, but he’s truly the perfect mix of sweet, sensitive, and deeply trusting once he feels safe. He is also deaf, which means he’ll need a patient family committed to understanding his unique needs and continuing his specialized training. Olaf has been working with us and is trained now at the rescue.
This boy wants so badly to believe in people again. With a calm, experienced home and plenty of love, Olaf will flourish into the loyal, tender companion he’s meant to be.
If you’re ready to give a resilient, deserving dog the safety and kindness he’s never known, Olaf is waiting for you.
Korra
Korra is one of the friendliest, easiest, most loving pups you’ll ever meet. At 7 years old, all she wants is to be close to her people, soaking up affection and enjoying their company.
Despite her wonderful temperament, Korra has been rehomed twice through no fault of her own. She first lost her home at two years old when her owner left the country for a military job. She was adopted by another family who loved her for five years — until they decided they wanted more freedom to travel and no longer wanted a dog. Now, in her golden years, Korra finds herself without a family again, even though she has been the perfect companion every step of the way.
Korra gets along beautifully with strangers, children, and everyone she meets. She would thrive as the only dog in the home, where she can soak up all the love she’s been missing. She adores car rides, leisurely walks, and lounging in the sunshine.
Korra deserves a forever home with people who will treasure her — not temporarily, but for life.
We can’t wait to help this sweet girl find the stable, loving family she’s been waiting for.
Zero
Zero came from the Riverside shelter after being found tied to a stop sign in California. When we arrived to rescue him, he had already been marked as “euthanized,” meaning he was next in line to be put down. We knew he deserved a chance — and we were right.
When Zero first came to us, he was scared, reactive, and unsure of the world. But with time, structure, and patient handling, he has made tremendous progress. He’s not an “easy” dog, but he is a deeply rewarding one. For the right person, Zero will be the kind of companion that makes every bit of effort worthwhile.
Zero thrives with people who are patient, consistent, and willing to follow our guidance for setting him up for success in a new home. Like many Rottweilers, he LOVES praise and aims to please. When training is used as a bonding experience — not punishment — he absolutely shines.
Zero needs a confident, experienced leader who understands the breed, respects boundaries, and can continue the balanced structure and love we’ve worked hard to build with him. In the right hands, this boy will flourish.
Zero is ready for a committed, experienced adopter who sees the dog he can be — not just the dog he was forced to be.
Mocha
Meet Mocha — a 2-year-old retired mama ready for the life she’s always deserved.
Mocha was found in Stanislaus County, CA, tied to a bench with her puppy, Roxy. While Roxy has since been adopted, Mocha is still waiting for her forever family to find her.
At just 40 lbs, Mocha is the perfect medium-sized companion. She’s wonderful with children, friendly with people, and gets along well with most dogs. What she wants more than anything is a family who will love her, include her, and make her feel like she finally belongs.
Mocha has a fun, active spirit — she loves playing fetch, learning new tricks, and hopping in the car for any adventure. She’s an excellent leash walker and is already working toward becoming an off-leash superstar. She even knows how to use a treadmill!
Mocha is the ideal buddy for errands, outdoor fun, and cozy downtime at home. After everything she’s been through, she deserves a family who will cherish her and show her how beautiful life can be.
If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, adventure-ready companion, Mocha is your girl.
